Let's be precise about what this is and isn't: it's a survey of what your company exposes publicly, using only external, non-intrusive checks, with your written authorisation. It is not a penetration test, we don't enter any system, and it is not a security certification. It's for seeing what anyone can already see, and fixing what matters.

No. A penetration test tries to get into systems; we only look at what's already public, touching nothing. It's the difference between looking at a building's facade and trying the locks.
None at all. We only need your domain and your written authorisation, which you give in the form.
Almost always the most revealing: most companies have their domain configured so that anyone can send email in their name. We tell you if that's your case and exactly what to fix.
It goes at the top of the report, with what to do. If you want us to fix it, we quote; if you'd rather your own IT person did, the report is clear enough for them to act on.
