Volume prospecting · Physical letters
We write a different letter for every company, print it, envelope it and post it, in your name and with your branding. You get the proof of posting the day they go out.
You pay by card and we get to work. If you'd like to clear something up first, message us on WhatsApp or join a meeting with our assistant.

Pricing
Price per letter with everything in it: selection, individual copy, printing, envelope and postage. Above 2,000 letters it stays at €1.68 per letter. Replies come straight to you: email, phone or a visit, with no middleman. VAT is added at the legal rate.
How it works
Four ways, your choice: describe what you sell and we propose the target; give us the exact target; give us your best clients and we find lookalikes; or bring your list and we confirm the addresses.
Within 48 hours you get the company list and ten real letters, with your logo and signature. Approve, ask for changes, or let them go.
One letter per company, machine-folded and enveloped, franked and handed to the postal service. They go out in about 5 business days.
Proof of posting with date and quantity, and the final list. Replies reach your inbox and phone over the following weeks.
In the name of honesty
A letter is the most expensive channel per contact: about €1.90 against two cents for an email. And it's slow, because replies arrive over two to four weeks. That's why it only pays off if you sell value: consulting, business software, professional services, industry, commercial real estate, brokerage. If you sell something for €200 you'll prefer email; if you earn €3,000 or more per client, the maths changes. And, as with any prospecting, we don't promise a reply rate: in well-targeted B2B mail, typically 0.5% to 2% of companies reply.
Frequently asked questions
Exactly because of that. There's no algorithm between your letter and the desk of whoever decides: a letter addressed to the Board gets opened, by the person or by the assistant who hands them the post. Email closes and disappears; a letter stays on the desk and goes into Monday's meeting.
They are. Replying to a letter takes more effort than clicking “reply”, so fewer people reply, and those who do have already decided it's worth it. Fewer contacts, far warmer.
Yes. The argument that convinces the director of a metal workshop isn't the one that convinces the manager of a consultancy. We generate each letter's copy from your approved template and that company's data. Before printing, you read ten real letters.
From start to finish. Logo in the header, your signature at the end, your contact details for replies and your name on the envelope. Whoever reads it doesn't know we exist.
Physical mail addressed to businesses is the least regulated prospecting channel there is, in the EU and beyond: no prior consent and no blocking lists. What we do in Lisbon we do in Paris or Munich without changing a step.
In thousands of letters sent we have never received a single removal request. A cold email irritates and a cold call interrupts; a letter waits for the moment the person decides to open it.
About a week between your approval and posting: 48 hours for the list and samples, and 5 business days to produce and hand over to the postal service.
