Frequently asked questions
Yes: it's used only for the enrichment, never mixed into our database or shared with anyone, and we delete the copy after delivery.
They come back flagged and they don't count: the difference stays as credit, to add more records or to use on another solution.
Excel or CSV, however you have it. One column with the email or the company domain is enough; the rest is on us. If your list has columns of your own, we hand it back with them intact and ours added alongside.
It makes no difference: the database is worldwide and we work any country and any language. What changes from market to market is how much we can complete, and that comes flagged record by record.
